Overview
We are seeking an experienced, dependable Cherry Picker Operator to support warehouse operations. Responsibilities include retrieving products from elevated storage locations, accurately picking orders, and preparing merchandise for shipment while following safety procedures.
Location: Sandston, VA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: 9:00 AM until work is completed; some Saturdays required
Overtime available
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a cherry picker/order picker to retrieve and stock merchandise.
- Use an RF scanner to locate products and confirm order accuracy.
- Verify item numbers and quantities before preparing orders for shipment.
- Complete equipment inspections and report mechanical or safety concerns.
- Follow fall protection procedures and use required safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with warehouse tasks.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Previous cherry picker/order picker experience.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work safely at elevated heights.
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance.
- Availability to work from 9:00 AM until completion, including some Saturdays.
