Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Assemblers to support production in a manufacturing environment. Assemblers put together plastic components, inspect finished products for quality, and package items for shipment while following safety procedures and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble plastic parts and products according to work instructions.
- Check components for proper fit, alignment, and visible defects.
- Report damaged materials, defective products, or production issues to the supervisor.
- Sort, count, package, and label finished products.
- Keep materials organized and workstations clean.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment.
- Work with team members to maintain production flow and meet daily goals.
Skills and Experience
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or packaging experience preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistent product quality.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Dependable attendance and availability to work the scheduled 12-hour shifts.
