Onin Staffing | Full-Time Opportunity
Onin Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to ensure products meet quality standards.
Pay: Starting at $14.00/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, with some overtime
Job Responsibilities:
- Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform visual inspections and measurements.
- Identify, document, and mark defective or non-conforming products.
- Verify completed rework and maintain accurate quality records.
- Apply part numbers and traceability markings.
- Maintain organized inventory, stock parts, and assist with inventory counts.
- Pull, package, and prepare customer orders.
- Maintain tools and equipment and follow all safety procedures.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills, including decimals and fractions.
- Ability to read rulers and tape measures.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete documentation.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools is preferred.
Work Environment:
- Indoor manufacturing environment.
- Requires standing, repetitive movements, and handling tools and materials.
- Must be comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and wearing required safety gear.
