- Build team-leadership experience by supporting and training Quality Team members.
- Perform hands-on quality control work and strengthen technical inspection skills.
- Help improve processes through audits, documentation checks, and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Weekend work is required, which can leave weekdays available for appointments and errands.

What you'll do as: Quality Team Lead
- Support Quality Control Inspectors and Technicians with required quality processes.
- Review and approve first shots for technicians in qualification.
- Assist with test run evaluations and containment activities.
- Help train team members and schedule staff as needed.
- Audit processes, check documentation, and report improvement opportunities.
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Experience leading or supporting a quality control team.
- Hands-on experience with quality inspections and process controls.
- Experience reviewing first shots or conducting test run evaluations.
- Knowledge of containment procedures, process audits, and quality documentation.
- Experience training team members and coordinating work schedules.
