Skills and Experience
Qualified candidates should possess a strong background in manufacturing, specifically including prior experience in PVC profile extrusion, vinyl profile manufacturing, or comparable continuous production and surface finishing processes. Additionally, the role requires strong mechanical aptitude, including the ability to accurately read tape measures, utilize basic hand and power tools, interpret technical instructions, and perform routine minor machine adjustments. Because this position involves 12-hour shifts, applicants must also meet the physical demands of the job, which include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and regularly lifting heavy production materials.
