Overview
Ōnin Staffing is seeking dependable and experienced Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Chester, VA. Candidates will be responsible for assembling products, inspecting finished goods, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly and production tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and production standards.
- 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
- Experience using hand tools or basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with product inspection, packaging, labeling, and quality assurance is beneficial.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, including the assigned day or night schedule.

- Sunday – Wednesday
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift
- Wednesday – Saturday
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
