We’re looking for a dependable Inventory Associate to track products, investigate discrepancies, and help keep warehouse operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Perform daily cycle counts using handheld scanners and update inventory records.
- Track product movement, transfers, relocations, and inventory adjustments.
- Investigate and resolve missing, misplaced, or incorrectly recorded inventory.
- Check product dates and audit inbound receiving paperwork.
- Respond to internal requests for product and inventory checks.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, expired, recalled, or at-risk products and coordinate appropriate handling.
- Support inventory audits and move products as needed.
Skills and Experience
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of inventory or warehouse experience.
- Experience operating forklifts and cherry pickers.
- Comfort working at elevated heights using lift equipment.
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft D365 experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
What to Expect
This is an active, hands-on warehouse role. You must be able to:
- Move products weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Walk or move throughout shifts lasting up to 8 hours.
- Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
- Work in warehouse conditions that may include loud noise, heat, cold, and exposure to hazardous materials while following safety procedures.
