Overview
We are is seeking dependable Warehouse Workers interested in a long-term opportunity. This is a hands-on, manual warehouse position with required cross-training in picking, packing, put-away, restocking, and other warehouse functions.
What You’ll Do
- Pick individual items, pack orders, put away products, and restock inventory.
- Use RF scanners and basic computer systems to track products and orders.
- Select appropriate boxes and packing methods to protect merchandise.
- Meet accuracy and productivity standards with training and coaching.
- Assist with cleaning, sweeping, mopping, snow removal, and general warehouse upkeep.
- Work across different warehouse areas as priorities change.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Need
- Previous manual warehouse experience, including individual-item picking and packing with varied products.
- Comfort handling adult merchandise, including sexually explicit products.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, understand alphanumeric shelf locations, and read small print on scanners and labels.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds, stand and walk throughout the shift—potentially up to 8 miles—and bend, reach, climb ladders, and push or pull carts.
- Strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and experience using scan guns.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and transportation that accommodates overtime until 5:30 PM.
- Flexibility to cross-train, work independently, and contribute to a team.
Work Environment
This is a manual warehouse where associates move throughout the facility and handle products by hand. Forklift experience is not required, and this position does not involve operating forklifts or powered pallet jacks. Applicants with automated fulfillment experience should highlight any hands-on picking, packing, sortation, or problem-solving duties.
Supportive, closed-toe sneakers and clothing that allows safe movement are required. Personal phones, earbuds, and headsets may be used only during breaks or lunch. Employees must follow all safety, attendance, and workplace conduct policies.
