Overview
Looking for a production job you can actually see yourself staying at?
You know how it goes. You find a production job, learn the equipment, prove yourself, and a few months later you're wondering what's next.
What if your next job could be somewhere you actually want to stay?
We're hiring Machine Operators at $22/hour for a family-owned Springdale manufacturer that has been in business since 1967. This is a smaller, close-knit operation where people know your name, hard work gets noticed, and employees don't just come and go.
In fact, some employees have built careers here lasting decades.
Why You'll Want to Work Here
$22/hour starting pay
1st shift | Monday through Thursday
A four-day regular workweek gives you something that's hard to beat: three days off each week.
You'll be joining an established, family-owned company that values reliability, hard work, and people who want to become part of the team long-term.
This is also a company that believes in second chances. They're interested in who you are today, the work you're willing to put in, and where you want to go next.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Machine Operator, you'll learn to set up, operate, and monitor equipment used to manufacture paper bags and other products.
You'll also:
- Make machine adjustments to keep production running efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Load raw materials and remove finished products
- Assist with machine changeovers and cleaning
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Keep your work area clean and safe
- Work alongside a small production team to keep things moving
