Production & Material Handler/Forklift Operator
Location: Decherd, TN
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
We are hiring for Production Associates and Material Handler/Forklift Operators at a manufacturing facility in the Decherd area. These are full-time opportunities with a Monday–Thursday schedule.
Available Shifts
1st Shift: Day shift, Monday–Thursday
2nd Shift: Night shift, Monday–Thursday
Shift start and end times may vary slightly depending on department and supervisor.
Positions Available
Production Associate
Support daily production operations
Prepare and organize materials
Follow production and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work as part of a team to meet production goals
Material Handler/Forklift Operator
Move and stage materials throughout the facility
Load, unload, and transport materials
Supply materials to production areas
Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment
Follow all safety procedures and operating requirements
Forklift Training Available
No previous forklift experience? That's okay!
We are willing to provide forklift training and certification for qualified individuals who are interested in learning.
Previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required for candidates interested in becoming a Material Handler/Forklift Operator.

What We're Looking For
Reliable and dependable attendance
Ability to work Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Willingness to work day or night shift
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or forklift experience is a plus but not required
