What you'll do as: Solder Technician
- Perform through-hole and/or surface-mount soldering on electronic components and assemblies
- Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality
- Identify defective solder joints and perform necessary rework
- Use soldering irons, soldering stations, and other electronic assembly equipment
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on soldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment
- Experience with precision soldering and electronic component assembly
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Experience working in an ESD-controlled environment
