Overview
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance shop and help keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical background who is comfortable working with a variety of equipment and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and other maintenance-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnose electrical issues up to 480 volts
- Perform general industrial maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems
- Repair and maintain sewing/industrial sewing machines when needed
- Identify equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Help minimize equipment downtime and keep production running efficiently
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with additional maintenance projects as needed
Skills and Experience
We are looking for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who can work independently and troubleshoot a variety of equipment. Preferred experience includes:
- Industrial maintenance or industrial mechanic experience
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience up to 480V
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair HVAC experience
- Industrial sewing machine repair experience is a plus
- Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, schematics, or technical documentation
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
