What You'll Do: Box Header Welder Trainee / Plate Fitter
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Plate fitting and layout
- Material measurement and fabrication
- Welding fundamentals
- Problem-solving
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous manufacturing, construction, or welding experience
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
