Flux Core Welder
Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Shop may close at noon on Fridays depending on production.)
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Flux Core Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with flux core welding, be able to read and interpret fabrication drawings, and produce quality welds while maintaining a safe work environment.
Skills and Experience
Perform flux core welding on metal components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
Measure materials accurately using a tape measure.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous flux core welding experience required.
Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
Must be able to pass a tape measure test.
Must successfully pass a hands-on weld test.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
