We’re seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to help keep our small-parts distribution operation running smoothly. You’ll be part of a team responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and keeping the warehouse organized and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately selecting and picking small parts according to pick sheets or digital scanners
- Packing & Shipping: Securely packing orders for shipment and ensuring all documentation is included.
- Receiving & Put-Away: Unloading incoming shipments, verifying counts, and placing inventory in designated storage locations
- Facility Maintenance: Assisting with warehouse housekeeping, general organization, and identifying ways to streamline workflows.
- Material Handling: Safe operation of warehouse equipment to move stock and clear aisles.
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is highly preferred.
- Experience operating a Pallet Jack, Reach Truck, and Order Picker is a strong plus.
- Safety Mindset: A strict commitment to safety protocols and the correct use of PPE.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move small to medium-sized packages.
- Detail-Oriented: High emphasis on task accuracy to ensure the correct parts reach our customers.
- Dependability: Able to work your scheduled shift until completion.
