Overview
Rotary Technician. The Rotary Technician is responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing rotary equipment used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures equipment operates safely, efficiently, and within quality specifications while supporting production goals, preventive maintenance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of bearings, gears, conveyors, drives, motors, and rotating equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical controls, sensors, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
