Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate a Stand-up Reach Truck to move inventory throughout the facility
- Order Fulfillment: Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is gathered, stacked, and wrapped accurately.
- Storage & Staging: Transport, stage and put-away pallets in designated high-racking warehouse locations.
- Receiving & Unloading: Load, unload, move, and stack products and materials efficiently.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, exercising high caution in areas with limited visibility, blind spots, or where multiple equipment operators are working simultaneously.
- Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Need (Qualifications)
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Technical Skills: Strong basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure with precision.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 10 hours) and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Reliability: A solid attendance record, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or with high-speed production equipment is preferred.
