Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, stage, and organize materials and products throughout the facility.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in operating a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 1 year of forklift operating experience required within the last 2 years.
Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate a forklift and handle materials.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
