As a Manufacturing & Production Team Member You May Work In:
- Manufacturing/Production: Operate and monitor equipment, follow work instructions and SOPs, perform quality checks, handle materials, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
- Coating: Operate and monitor coating equipment, handle materials, perform quality checks, and follow established procedures to maintain production and product standards.
- Slurry: Support slurry production by operating and monitoring equipment, handling materials, following established procedures, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Quality: Inspect and test materials and finished products, use measuring and inspection equipment, accurately document results, and report quality concerns or non-conforming materials.
- Slitting: Operate and monitor slitting equipment, handle materials, inspect products for quality, and follow established production and safety procedures.
- Packaging: Package, label, inspect, and prepare finished products while maintaining accuracy, quality, safety, and production standards.
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred
- Ability to comfortably wear full head-to-toe PPE for the duration of your shift, including eye/ear protection, hairnet, gloves, shoe covers, and a hooded full-body suit.
- Ability to learn and follow written or veral instructions, SOPs, and safety procedures in English or Mandarin preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills may be required for some assignments
- Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools or equipment is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle materials as required by the assignment
- Willingness to work an 8-12 hour shift, including day or night shift
