What you'll do as: Customer Experience Expert
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone
- Resolve customer concerns regarding products and orders
- Process and confirm customer orders accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience
- Experience in plumbing supply or similar industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office products
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
