3rd Shift Production Associate

Overview

What you will be doing:
  • Sort, inspect, and pack grocery items according to quality standards
  • Assemble customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Follow all food safety and warehouse procedures
  • Meet daily production goals and performance metrics
  • Assist with inventory rotation and product replenishment
  • Report damaged or compromised products to leadership
  • Work safely in a refrigerated environment (34–40°F)

Skills and Experience

Requirements: 
  • Ability to work overnight hours
  • Comfortable working in cold temperatures for the full shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus but not required
  • Slip‑resistant shoes required
  • E‑Verify compliance may be required depending on assignment
