Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred.

2+ years of steel, metal, or manufacturing experience
Previous machine operating experience
Experience working around heavy materials and industrial equipment
Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced manufacturing environment
Experience with production, assembly, or fabrication
Able to use basic hand/power tools
Experience with quality inspection
Strong safety and attendance record
Able to lift, stand, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods
