Stand UP Forklift / Reach Truck

Overview

  • Safely operate stand-up forklifts and reach trucks in narrow aisles and high-rack areas.
  • Load and unload trucks and shipping containers.
  • Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Palletize, shrink-wrap, label, and stage products for shipment.
  • Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory.
  • Inspect equipment daily and report damage or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
  • Follow company safety procedures and material-handling guidelines.

Skills and Experience

  • Warehouse experience operating stand-up forklifts and reach trucks.
  • Safely operate equipment in narrow aisles and at high rack heights.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
  • Use RF scanners to track inventory locations and quantities.
  • Palletize, shrink-wrap, label, and stage products for shipment.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company material-handling procedures.
  • OSHA Forklift Safety Certification / Powered Industrial Truck Training.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in fast-paced warehouse operations.
