Overview
We are currently hiring Assembly / Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assembling parts and components, inspecting finished products, preparing materials, and supporting daily production operations.
Skills and Experience
- Assemble parts and components according to work instructions
- Use basic hand tools and power tools as required
- Inspect products for quality and defects
- Prepare and stage materials for production
- Package, label, and organize completed products
- Move materials between workstations
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Meet daily production and quality expectations
- Assist with other warehouse or production duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
