Now Hiring – Manufacturing Machine Operators!
We are currently hiring experienced and dependable Manufacturing Machine Operators for a full-time opportunity in the Lewisburg, TN area.
This position involves operating and monitoring high-speed manufacturing equipment used to produce corrugated packaging products. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $18+ per hour
- 3rd Shift
- Full-time
- Overtime may be available
- Must be willing to work weekends as needed
- 12-hour shifts may be required
What You'll Do
- Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed production machinery.
- Adjust equipment to meet production specifications and product requirements.
- Monitor production throughout the shift to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
- Read and follow production orders and specifications.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals.
- Safely load and handle production materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Help minimize equipment downtime and maintain consistent production.
Background Requirement
Candidates must have a clean criminal background for the past 7 years.

Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating machinery or high-speed production equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow production orders and work instructions.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment is a plus.
- Reliable attendance and transportation.
- Ability to work 3rd shift, overtime, weekends, and extended shifts when required.
Physical Requirements
This is a physically active manufacturing position. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and work for extended periods.
- Frequently bend, push, pull, and reach.
- Lift and/or push materials weighing approximately 25 pounds or more as required.
- Work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Safely handle and move production materials.
