Overview

  • Prepare and portion food products according to company standards
  • Follow recipes, production instructions, and food-safety procedures
  • Measure, weigh, cut, mix, and package food ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Properly handle and store food products and ingredients
  • Inspect products for quality and consistency
  • Follow all company safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience

  • Previous food preparation or food production experience is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to follow food-safety and sanitation requirements
