We’re now interviewing for a Kitting & General Labor Position to help assemble and prepare automotive filter kits and parts. This is a straightforward, hands-on position that is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying busy and working with their hands.
What you’ll do:
- Assemble air filters and automotive parts
- Kit and prepare products for production
- Perform basic production and quality inspection tasks
- Pick and fill orders
- Load and unload boxes
- Keep your work area safe and organized
- Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Skills and Experience
What you’ll need:
- Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Good attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You MUST have excellent attendance and reliable transportation
Important to know:
- This is a non-climate-controlled warehouse, so you must be comfortable working in varying temperatures.
- This position requires a 2nd interview
