Order Picker – 1st Shift
📍 Rogers, AR | 💰 $16/hr | 🕐 Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Ōnin Staffing is hiring Order Pickers for a warehouse in Rogers! If you're dependable, comfortable staying active on the job, and can follow instructions and safety procedures, this is a great opportunity to get to work on a consistent Monday–Friday, 1st shift schedule.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and prepare outgoing customer orders
- Use an RF scanner to scan products and verify order accuracy
- Print and attach shipping labels
- Use pallet jacks to move orders throughout the warehouse
- Wrap completed orders
- Stack orders in the correct staging areas
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Follow all company safety policies
Skills and Experience
What You Need
- 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer keyboard familiarity
- RF scanner experience is helpful, but not required
- On-the-job training provided
Physical Requirements
This is a physical warehouse position. You should be comfortable standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling and crouching throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. is required.

$16/hour
Monday–Friday
6:00 AM–2:30 PM
