- Pick and Pack: Accurately select, sort, and pack fresh fruits, vegetables, and grocery items into customer boxes with high attention to detail and quality.
- Line Preparation: Maintain functional knowledge of all production line areas, including box building, prep work, and restocking.
- Quality Control: Inspect items during the packing process to ensure only top-quality goods are shipped out.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols, handle tools properly, and keep the warehouse workstation clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with team leads and peers to meet hourly and daily production goals.
