What You’ll Do as a Production Worker:
- Assist with production line operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Stack finished products safely and according to company standards.
- Pack products into boxes, pallets, or containers for shipping or storage.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or inconsistencies.
- Label, wrap, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with loading materials and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
