Overview

  • Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming.
  • Apply industrial primers, paints, and protective coatings using spray equipment and other painting methods.
  • Ensure proper paint coverage, finish quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and touch up as needed.
  • Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work with production team members to meet daily production goals.

Skills and Experience

  • $17.50/hr - pay raise after you roll over
  • Previous industrial painting, automotive painting, or manufacturing paint experience preferred.
  • Experience with surface preparation and protective coating application is a plus.
  • Ability to use spray painting equipment and related tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
