Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming.
Apply industrial primers, paints, and protective coatings using spray equipment and other painting methods.
Ensure proper paint coverage, finish quality, and compliance with company standards.
Inspect completed work for quality and touch up as needed.
Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Work with production team members to meet daily production goals.

$17.50/hr - pay raise after you roll over
Previous industrial painting, automotive painting, or manufacturing paint experience preferred.
Experience with surface preparation and protective coating application is a plus.
Ability to use spray painting equipment and related tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
