Overview
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Bilingual Forklift Driver to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position is responsible for operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, loading and unloading trucks, preparing customer orders, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with previous warehouse experience and the ability to work efficiently while following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and TSP equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse operations.
- Perform basic computer tasks related to shipping and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Previous forklift experience is required.
- Experience operating TSP equipment preferred.
- Experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Experience picking and packing orders in a warehouse environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 year of forklift operating experience required.
Experience operating TSP (Truck Stock Picker/Turret) equipment preferred.
Previous warehouse experience, including picking, packing, loading, and unloading trucks.
Experience using basic computer systems for inventory or shipping functions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) communication skills required.
