What you'll do as: Machine Operator
- Setting up production equipment
- Operating production equipment
- Monitoring production standards
- Reading blueprints
- Interpreting customer specifications
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment preferred.
- Experience operating production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is required.
- Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Experience performing quality inspections and documenting production results.
- Previous experience handling sheet metal, coils, or other metal materials is a plus.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely load, unload, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as production demands require.
