Overview
We are currently seeking dependable and experienced Reach Truck Operators for a warehouse opportunity in Sandston, VA. This position is ideal for candidates who have previous reach truck experience, are safety-focused, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Overtime: Available based on business needs

Skills and Experience
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a reach truck to move, load, unload, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick and place products in designated rack locations accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and general warehouse operations as needed.
- Verify product quantities and locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow all warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
- Qualifications
- Previous reach truck/forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Dependable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
