Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Cherry Picker Operator to join our Finished Goods Department. The ideal candidate will have experience operating cherry picker equipment and will be responsible for safely picking, moving, and organizing inventory while supporting warehouse operations and meeting daily production goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate cherry picker equipment to pick, move, and store finished goods.
- Safely work at elevated heights of 30+ feet while handling warehouse materials.
- Pick orders accurately according to customer requirements and work instructions.
- Scan box labels and verify product information using inventory systems.
- Load and unload trailers as needed.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining safe equipment operation.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with warehouse audits.
- Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to leadership.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills and Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a cherry picker required.
- Experience working at elevated heights preferred.
- Steel toe shoes required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Clean background required.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
