- Rotating 12-hour shifts
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Shift rotation every 3 months
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a valid OSHA forklift certification and experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. This position requires following all safety procedures while moving materials efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Transport raw materials and finished products.
- Inspect the forklift before each shift and report any issues.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Assist with inventory and material handling as needed.
- Work with the production and warehouse teams to meet daily goals.
Skills and Experience
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (required).
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
