Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing warehouse equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to respond quickly to maintenance needs in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Experience
Previous maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Basic computer skills for documenting maintenance activities.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in varying warehouse conditions.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
