Overview
Ōnin Staffing is hiring Utility Workers/Clean-Up Crew for a manufacturing facility in Cullman, AL. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement!
Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour
💰 $2.00/hour pay increase after successful completion of 3-week training!
🌙 Night Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour
Schedule
- Full-Time
- 12-hour shifts
- 4 days on / 4 days off
- Rotating schedule (days of the week change each week)
Job Duties
- Perform general clean-up and housekeeping throughout the facility.
- Assist production lines where needed.
- Read and use a tape measure.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and mobile equipment safely.
- Help with material handling and reclaim operations.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance.
- Cross-train in multiple departments.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Skills and Experience
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a hot manufacturing environment.
- Must be dependable and safety-minded.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
