What you'll do as: Scale Operator
- Weighing inbound and outbound trucks using computerized scales
- Recording and verifying weights, tickets, and shipment information
- Assisting truck drivers with check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintaining accurate documentation and data entry
- Communicating with warehouse and shipping personnel
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Previous scale house, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
