What You’ll Do as a Production Worker:
- Support daily production operations in a continuously running manufacturing environment
- Operate and monitor production equipment and material handling systems
- Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial equipment after training
- Load, unload, stage, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Receive incoming materials and prepare finished products for shipment
- Use warehouse and production tracking systems to maintain accurate inventory records
- Perform quality checks while following established safety and operating procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and material reconciliation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively with teammates to meet production goals
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
- Forklift or powered industrial truck experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn production software
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Comfortable working in PPE, including respirators and protective clothing when required
- Ability to pass a respirator fit test and medical evaluation
- Steel-toe shoes required (ask us about discount options)
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-focused attitude
