What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
- You'll build and test products using tools, drawings, and work instructions to ensure every finished unit meets quality standards
- Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
- Read and follow blueprints, assembly diagrams, and work instructions
- Perform quality checks and functional testing on completed assemblies
- Identify and report defects, issues, or parts that do not meet standards
- Record production information and materials used
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support continuous improvement efforts and assist with additional production tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience
- Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude encouraged to apply
- Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for production tracking
