What You'll Do as an Automotive Worker:
- You'll play a critical role in producing automotive parts that serve as the foundation for these exceptional products!
- Work as a team to assemble vehicle components along an assembly line.
- Inspect parts for completeness and quality.
- Report defects or errors to management.
- Perform maintenance and housekeeping at your workstation.
- Utilize basic hand or power tools for assembly.
- You can feel proud of each new Mercedes-Benz van that rolls out the door thanks to your contribution!
Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- Stable work history or one year of manufacturing experience (Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus)
- Experience with basic hand/power tools
- Positive Attitude, Initiative, Reliability, and Punctuality
- Goal-oriented and a Team Player
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, or repetitively carry 20 lbs. or less
- Steel Toe Boots (ask about our discounted purchasing options)
- Ability to pass a Door Assembly Assessment, Background Check, Drug Screen & E-Verify
