What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Clerk:
- You'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by ensuring inventory is accurate, organized, and ready to support production and customer orders.
- Pick, pack, and stage materials and components for production and customer orders
- Receive, organize, and store inventory using FIFO and warehouse best practices
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/inventory management system
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification preferred)
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and shipping teams to ensure material availability
- Inspect materials for quality, quantity, and damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following 5S and safety standards
Skills and Experience
What You’ll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of warehouse, inventory, and material handling experience
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems strongly preferred
- Previous forklift experience; certification preferred or willingness to become certified
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment while following all safety and PPE requirements
