Overview
The Maintenance Lubrication Technician performs lubrication activities on the mills, including peripheral equipment, as well as housekeeping and cleaning duties throughout the company's facilities, both indoors and outdoors.
Skills and Experience
WORKING CONDITIONS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, as well as outdoor weather conditions. Noise levels in the work environment are typically high.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle, touch, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee will frequently sit, climb or maintain balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and occasionally taste or smell.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
