Skills and Experience
Job Responsibilities May Include:
- Working on a production or assembly line
- Assembling, packaging, labeling, and inspecting products
- Operating basic production or manufacturing equipment
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all company safety procedures and work instructions
- Meeting daily production and productivity goals
- Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is preferred but may not be required for all positions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Flexibility to work available shifts and overtime when required
Pay & Opportunities:
- Starting pay of $18.00+ per hour, depending on the position, shift, and experience
- Multiple schedules and shifts may be available
