What you'll do as: Manufacturing Lead
- Setting up and operating molding press
- Troubleshooting equipment and processes
- Inspecting parts for flaws
- Recording time and work on labor ticket
- Communicating production information to next shift lead
Skills and Experience
Preferred Candidate Might:
- Minimum of one-year related experience
- General experience in a production environment in a supervisory role
- Problem solving/decision making skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail and accuracy
