Outside Sales Representative

Overview

Seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and maintain customer relationships throughout an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop long-term partnerships with industrial and commercial customers, and provide product recommendations that meet their tooling and equipment needs. This position requires frequent travel to customer sites, strong communication skills, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred.
  •  Experience developing new business and maintaining long-term customer relationships. 
  •  Knowledge of industrial tools, equipment, or manufacturing products is a plus. 
  •  Ability to generate leads, prepare quotes, and negotiate pricing. 
  •  Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment. 
  •  Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly within an assigned sales territory.
