Overview
We're looking for an experienced Accountant to join our warehouse operations team! If you have a strong accounting background and experience managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), we'd love to hear from you.
Skills and Experience
Responsibilities:
✔ Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
✔ Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts
✔ Maintain accurate financial records and reports
✔ Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations
✔ Work closely with warehouse management and vendors
✔ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications:
✅ Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable required
✅ Previous accounting experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, Quickbooks
✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
