What You'll Do as an Office & Logistics Coordinator:
- Order Entry: Accurately process customer orders using QuickBooks Online.
- Customer Service: Serve as a key customer-facing point of contact, managing phone inquiries, resolving order questions, and providing friendly service.
- Logistics & Freight Support: Assist in arranging freight and shipping trucks to ensure products leave on schedule (willingness to learn logistics processes is key!).
- Production & Plant Assistance: Print production labels and step into the manufacturing plant and outside yard to assist delivery drivers and coordinate orders.
Skills and Experience
Skills and Experience:
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
- Logistics Background: Prior experience scheduling or arranging freight trucks is preferred (willing to train candidates with strong software and administrative skills!).
- Customer Focus: Excellent verbal/written communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Hands-On Mindset: Comfortable moving between a professional office environment, the manufacturing plant floor, and outside dock areas to assist drivers.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately.
