What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate new business through prospecting and follow-up
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage customer accounts
- Assist customers by identifying the best products for their needs
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and company software
- Work alongside a supportive team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional service
Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
